Why Did I Agree to Be Treasurer of the Family Firm Institute’s New England Chapter?

by Jack Reynolds

In December I accepted an offer to serve as the Treasurer for the New England Chapter of the Family Firm Institute.  Founded in 1986, the Family Firm Institute (FFI) is the premiere international professional organization for advising and research in the family business and family wealth fields.

There are a large number of enormously worthwhile professional organizations to which we can devote ourselves. Why did I agree to serve as Treasurer of the Family Firm Institute’s New England Chapter?  In addition to bringing together family business advisors and family wealth professionals, the Family Firm Institute (FFI) has outstanding educational programs that are invaluable to both me and my clients.  As a Private Investment Counselor and member of the New England Chapter’s Executive Committee, I can help build upon these programs so they will continue to meet the dynamic needs of those advising successful individuals and families throughout the region.

If you are interested in learning more about the FFI, please be sure to contact me personally.
